Our mission
We work where architecture, technology, and industry meet. We bridge the gap between design and construction by integrating parameterization, BIM, data, and industrialized processes to achieve more predictable projects. Our approach standardizes what is repeatable and personalizes what adds value, reducing timelines and costs without sacrificing quality or the project's identity. We measure impact (time, CAPEX/OPEX, CO₂, traceability) and transfer our methodology to the teams of architects, developers, and construction companies with whom we collaborate.
Speed up deadlines
Reduce design-manufacturing-assembly times with industrialized processes and parametric automation.
How it translates: GH/BIM workflows, off-site planning, optimized assembly sequences.
Control cost and risk
Plan with data models to anticipate deviations and improve CAPEX/OPEX.
How it translates: Model-connected estimates, repeatable prefabrication, closed logistics.
Increase quality and traceability
Ensure accuracy from model to construction with continuous digital monitoring.
How it translates: QA/QC on model, defined tolerances, clash detection and assembly checklists.
Verifiable sustainability
Reduce impact with LCA-based decisions and low-footprint material choices.
How it translates: CO₂/embodied energy metrics, CLT, industrialized facades, and waste reduction.
Transfer knowledge and collaborate
Empowering architects, developers, and construction companies with open methodologies.
How it translates: shared standards, integration into client BIM workflows, training, and operational documentation.
How we work
Diagnosis and scope
We read plans and models, align objectives with the team (architecture, developer, industry), and establish BEPs, tolerances, prefabrication levels, and KPIs for time, cost, and CO₂. This leaves the project with a clear and measurable decision-making framework.
Engineering and DfMA
We standardize what's repeatable and nurture what's unique. We optimize systems and layouts, assembly sequences, and off-site logistics, generating operational documentation (BOM, drawings, and specifications). The result: a manufacturable and assembleable design with reduced variability.
Accompaniment and control
We pilot and coordinate manufacturing and construction, and implement QA/QC and traceability. We measure deviations against KPIs and conclude with lessons learned to scale and repeat with greater certainty.
