Per Situ
Listen to those who design and those who build. We saw a gap between the table and the construction site and decided to build a bridge that would protect both the people and the project.
Our history
Where we come from
We are born from daily practice between the studio, factory, and construction site. After years of dealing with complex geometries, BIM coordination, and prefabrication, we saw what truly makes the difference: organizing processes, setting tolerances, and planning assembly. This field experience with real people, timescales, and budgets is our starting point.
What we saw
Too much energy is lost between the plan and the construction: late changes, decisions without data, improvised logistics, and skyrocketing costs. And, at the same time, stigmas surrounding "modularity" don't help. The idea arises from this: standardize what is repeatable and protect what is unique, so that each project retains its identity without sacrificing time, cost, or quality.
What we do today (and where we're going)
Today we operate as an R&D and applied technical consulting team: we read plans and models, optimize systems and layouts, connect design with manufacturing and assembly, and measure impact (time, cost, CO₂) to reduce uncertainty. We work with architects, developers, and industrialists, delivering pilot projects and methodologies that can be implemented. Our direction is clear: to scale toward end-to-end solutions, with greater execution capacity and the same rigor in measurable results.

Our values
We are guided by pragmatic innovation that transforms technology into tangible value. We understand sustainability as a design and operational criterion, and efficiency as a way to reduce time and costs without sacrificing precision. We are committed to the accessibility of advanced solutions and quality as a standard in every delivery. All of this is supported by a social commitment: building better also means building with purpose.
Applied innovation
We turn technology into measurable value in projects, not demos.
How it translates: parametric automation, BIM workflows, and on-site pilots.
Sustainability with data
Decisions based on LCA and CO₂ metrics, not declarations.
How it translates: material comparisons, waste reduction, and embodied energy.
Operational efficiency
We standardize where it contributes, we personalize where it creates value.
How it translates: industrialization, off-site planning, and time/cost control.
Quality and precision
We standardize where it contributes, we personalize where it creates value.
How it translates: industrialization, off-site planning, and time/cost control.
Open collaboration
We work with architects, developers, and construction companies as a single team.
How it translates: shared processes, coordinated models, and traceable documentation.
Impact, responsibility
Projects that improve the environment and the people who make them possible.
How it translates: safety, training, and a responsible supply chain.
