Diagnostico y alcance
Leemos planos y modelo, alineamos objetivos con el equipo (arquitectura, promotora, industria) y fijamos BEP, tolerancias, nivel de prefabricación y KPIs de plazo, coste y CO₂. Deja el proyecto con un marco de decisión claro y medible.
Ingeniería y DfMA
Estandarizamos lo repetible y cuidamos lo singular. Optimizamos sistemas y layouts, secuencias de montaje y logística off-site, generando documentación operable (BOM, planos, fichas). Resultado: un diseño fabricable y montable con menos variabilidad.
Acompañamiento y control
